Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost depending on the salon.

No-Show Policy

Failing to attend an appointment without notice generally results in a 100% fee charge.

1. The 24-Hour Rule

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. This gives our salon partners enough time to fill the slot and continue operating smoothly.

Any cancellations made exactly 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled appointment start time are completely free of any cancellation fees.

2. How to Cancel or Reschedule

You can manage your appointments entirely through the Viya platform. Please follow these steps rather than calling the salon directly if possible:

Log into your Viya account

Navigate to the "My Bookings" dashboard

Select the target appointment and click "Cancel" or "Reschedule"

3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Because salon professionals block out significant chunks of their day for your service, late cancellations and no-shows severely impact their livelihood. Therefore, the following conditions apply:

  • Late Cancellation: Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
  • No-Show: Failing to arrive for your appointment without any prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the service cost.
  • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, the salon reserves the right to cancel your appointment to avoid delaying other clients. This will be treated as a No-Show.
