Terms of Service
Everything you need to know about using Viya, presented plainly and legally.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Viya booking platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including both end-customers and partnered salon professionals.
2. Our Role
Viya acts strictly as an intermediary technology platform connecting clients with independent beauty and wellness service providers ("Salons").
- We do not employ any of the stylists, barbers, or professionals listed on the platform.
- We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by the Salons.
- Any disputes regarding the actual physical service must be resolved directly with the Salon management.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
Account Responsibilities
You are strictly responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
4. Bookings and Payments
By simply booking an appointment through Viya, you enter into a direct contract with the selected Salon. You agree to adhere to their specific pricing, cancellation, and refund policies.
While Viya facilitates the booking process, actual payments for services may be handled either online via our secure third-party payment processors or in-person at the Salon, depending on the Salon's specific configuration.
